Filip Agneessens is an Associate Professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the University of Trento and an associate member at the Department of Sociology/Nuffield College (University of Oxford). His research centres on social network analysis, with a specific focus on methodology/statistics and applications in organisational settings. He has published in leading social science journals, including Social Networks, Journal of Management Studies, British Journal of Social Psychology, Human Resource Management and the Journal of Mathematical Sociology. He has also co-edited two special issues; one on two-mode networks and one on negative ties.
