Davide Rocchetti

Davide Rocchetti is a Ph.D. student in Sociology and Social Research at Trento University. He holds a double Master’s degree in Sociology and Social Research from Trento University and Tilburg University and a Bachelor’s degree in History from University of Milan. Davide’s MA thesis examined how the immigration issue is managed by left-wing populist parties. Before starting his Ph.D., he worked as a policy advisor in the Italian Parliament. His research interests broadly concern populism and responses to populist parties at the local level.
