Niccolò Bertuzzi

Niccolò Bertuzzi is a research fellow in political sociology at the University of Trento (School of International Studies) and a member of COSMOS (Centre on Social Movement Studies). He was a research fellow at Scuola Normale Superiore and obtained his PhD in Applied Sociology and Methodology of Social Research at University Milano Bicocca. He also spent visiting periods at Pompeu Fabra University in Barcelona and National University of Bogotà. His research interests include: political sociology, social movement studies, sociology of consumption, political ecology, climate change politics/policies. His work appeared in prestigious scientific journals, among which: American Behavioral Scientist, International Journal of Sociology and Social Policy, European Journal of Cultural and Political Sociology, Social Movement Studies, Journal of Consumer Culture. He also publishes articles on militant/engaged platforms and he belongs to several networks of Italian activists/researchers.
