Andrea Signoretti

Andrea Signoretti is Senior Assistant Professor at the Department of Sociology and Social Research of the University of Trento. He held visiting positions at the Detroit Wayne State University (US) and at the University College Dublin (Ireland). His main research interests pertain to the nexus between institutions, organizational models and industrial relations, and to human resource management systems in social enterprises. In his work, he relies on (also international) comparative case studies, qualitative comparative analysis and mixed methods to understand contemporary organizations. His work has been published in international journals such as British Journal of Industrial Relations, Economic and Industrial Democracy, European Journal of Industrial Relations, Industrial Relations Journal, Annals of Public and Cooperative Economics, Employee Relations, Singapore Economic Review included the book “Fabbriche Globali. Un confront fra Torino e Detroit (il Mulino, 2015).
